I could title this post "Six Birthdays, an Anniversary, and a Christmas!" Okay...so we only have two December birthdays in our immediate family. However, Dave shares a December 8th birthday with his Mom, Ava shares a December 12th birthday with her cousin, Natalie...and another cousin, Nicole, celebrates her big day on the 19th...and last but not least...our sister-in-law, Sherilyn, celebrates her birthday on the 29th! Oh, and my Mom and Dad celebrate their wedding anniversary on the 21st! Could this month possibly get any busier?
But oh what fun we've had!

town for Ava's big day! (Especially since PaPa was so kind
to put Ava's bike together for us...thanks again PaPa)
Santa even showed up for Ava's birthday! He was one day late...but we'll take it! Actually, it's such a cute thing...every year the local fire department rides through several neighborhoods with Santa on a fire truck! Dave, Ava, and Sheeba ran out to greet him!

Sounds like I missed a great party!!! HAppy Birthday Dave and Ava. That was nice that your parents came up for the big celebration, tell them I said "HELLO!" Yea my kids are big...and leaving home. I can't believe I loose another one this fall, then another next year too. 3 gone, just when one is not home the home is soooo different. It really takes some getting use to. I love looking at everyones blog and seeing how there families are growing and how everyone is doing.
Ava is so funny! I love the picture of her excited for her birthday cake. Glad she had such a wonderful birthday!
Hey..fun to see your parents as well as all the b-day fun! I can not believe Ava's hair-so curly and cute! Post some pics of your house since I won't be there to see it any time soon. Merry Christmas to ya'll
Happy birthday to both Dave & Ava. I see that she had a lot of fun. Maybe next year Dave can get a few items in other clolrs like Utah REd!!!!

Isn't it funny how Santa shows up on a firetruck here in the East! We thought our neighborhood was on fire, low and behold there was Santa with his NYFD hat on! You know my neighborhood, chaos broke loose.
